Welcome to Dragon-Lily. We endeavour to provide a safe, secure, comfortable and happy visit and shopping experience here. Dragon-Lily and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By visiting our website, and shopping with us you accept these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

This Agreement may be amended by Dragon-Lily at any time by posting the amended terms on this Site. The amended terms shall automatically be effective 7 days after they are initially posted on this Site. As such, you should periodically check to see what amendments have been made to this Agreement. Your continued use of this Site or the services provided on this Site following the posting of any amendments will mean that you accept these amendments. This agreement was last updated on 17th April, 2011.

 

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Payment must be completed within 7 days of purchase.  By completing our checkout process, you commit to a contract to purchase the items  specified.  A confirmation email will be sent to you once an order has been received.  Payments not made within 7 days of purchase will result in a cancellation of the sale.  All prices are AUD Australian dollars. All payments are to be made in AUD Australian dollars only.

An invoice will be supplied. Please quote your order number.

Australian Customers

Payment is available through Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Order or Paypal ONLY.

International Customers

Payment is available through Paypal ONLY to selected countries. Please contact us before making a purchase to ensure delivery is available to your area.

Paypal: Simply log in to your existing Paypal account or create a new account, and select to make payment to our email address info@dragonlily.com.au

Pricing

All prices are correct at time of publication, however are subject to change.  We reserve the right to change prices for any reason.  We will endeavour to keep our prices as low as possible, so you can rely on us to try and be the best value possible in the market.

Shipping

All orders shall be despatched within 2 business days after payment is received. This is subject to product availability. 

Generally we  ship through Australia Post, however for bulk deliveries, Dragon-Lily will use a Courier of choice.  Free postage is available for selected items only as advertised through the website.  Any bulk orders or heavy items will incur a postage fee in accordance with Australia Post or selected Courier and their current pricing.  Please do not make payments until you receive your final invoice by email.   Free postage is only available to Australian residents.  

For all International orders, International postage rates apply accordingly.

Please allow up to 28 business days for delivery in extreme circumstances..  Delivery times will depend on the postal service.

 

We are not held responsible for the unlikely event of damages during transit or lost mail,  however you can contact Australia Post directly. Please contact us within 24 hours to discuss any issues and send a digital photograph of the damaged goods and we shall do our best to solve any problems.  To avoid such extreme circumstances, we recommend choosing postal insurance (registered post).

Refunds

In the rare case of an incorrectly supplied item or faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours and we shall rectify the problem as soon as possible.  All packaging etc must be returned to us. 

You must request the right to return any goods by email and include a copy of the email from Dragon-Lily in the package accepting the return. There will also be a 10% re-stocking charge before refunds are made. The full refund amount to the buyer is of the product(s) only and does not include any shipping charges.

For any exchanges made, the goods must be returned at the customers cost and sealed as new, in their original packaging. You must request the right to return any goods by email and include a copy of the email from Dragon-Lily in the package accepting the return.  Extra shipping charges will apply to despatch the exchanged item(s), at the buyers cost. Any exchanges are only applicable to items of equal or lesser value.  For items of greater value, the buyer must cover additional costs.

In the unlikely event, due to unforseen circumstances, an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, the amount of the item ordered will be refunded in full to the buyer.

Party Bookings which require a deposit, are non-refundable if cancelled by the customer.

It is advised that all customers keep copies of their emails, confirmations, and invoices for future references and any issues that could possibly arise.

 

PARTY PLAN

By accepting to host a party, you are accepting all Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as listed on this website.

Agreement Contract

Before commencing a party, the host, being the same applicant of the party, must read & sign a Dragon-Lily Party Policy in the presence of a Dragon-Lily Staff Member. Failing to do so will result in a cancellation of the party.

This is only to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all persons present, including the Dragon-Lily Staff and business.  The policy to be signed will be exactly the same as the policy displayed here on our website. A copy may be supplied to the host at his/hers request.

Party Bookings which require a deposit, are non-refundable if cancelled by the customer.

Location

Due to travel limitations, the Scrapbooking Parties are only available to residents of the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia.

This is subject to change with future expansion.

Indemnity

You must indemnify and keep Dragon-Lily and its Staff Members indemnified fully against all liabilities, damages, claims, losses, costs, injuries and expenses, which may incur throughout the course of the party.

Host Rewards

Host rewards earned from the party are subject to change without notice at any time as Dragon-Lily sees fit.  Prized items and rewards are non-refundable and not eligible for return. Dragon-Lily and its staff members have the right to withdraw any prizes, rewards or the party itself if any of our policies are breached.

Host "Rewards Money" earned are not exchangeable for money and non-transferable. The "Host Rewards Scheme" is subject to change without notice at any time as Dragon-Lily sees fit. The "Host Rewards Money" is only valid to the applicant host it is issued to and valid only once.

 

COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit Dragon-Lily Scrapbooking and send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices,  disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

 

COPYRIGHT

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Dragon-Lily, its content and suppliers are protected by Australian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Dragon-Lily, with copyright authorship for this collection by Dragon-Lily and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

 

PRIZES

Prizes awarded for Parties, or any other reason are subject to change without notice at any time as Dragon-Lily Scrapbooking sees fit.  Prized items are non-refundable and not eligible for return.

 

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from and against any claims, demands, proceedings, losses and damages (actual, special and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable solicitors' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the terms and policies it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

 

CHILDREN

The safety of children is very important to Dragon-Lily.
Children should always ask a parent before sending information over the Internet. While Dragon-Lily makes every effort to protect children, it is ultimately the responsibility of parents and guardians to monitor children's internet usage.
If a parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with such information would like the information deleted from our records, he or she should contact us. We will delete the child's information from our existing files. Some products available through Dragon-Lily may contain small parts which could be hazardous to children.  Dragon-Lily advises Parental Supervision whilst scrapbooking activities are conducted with children, or with the presence of children. Dragon-Lily and it's staff members cannot be held liable for injuries and/or accidents that occur as a result of Dragon-Lily's products.

 

RELEASE OF DRAGON-LILY

In case of any dispute between Users or any dispute arising from the use of the Services, Dragon-Lily shall be released from all liabilities claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

 

LEGAL COSTS OF DRAGON-LILY

If Dragon-Lily is required by you or by your order in any litigation in which you are involved whether under subpoena or order of the Court of any competent jurisdiction, including complying with any order for discovery or attending court for giving evidence, you shall bear all costs incurred by Dragon-Lily in connection with the provision of such service, including Dragon-Lily's costs for taking legal or other professional advice or representation (in all such cases, the costs shall be calculated on an indemnity basis).

 

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement is subject to the laws of Queensland, Australia.

This website may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. Dragon-Lily makes no representations that the content of this website complies with laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia. If you access this website from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access the site.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out of these User Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in force. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Dragon-Lily's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

Please do not assume that you are allowed to do what other members do. Dragon-Lily does not approve or validate transactions, advice or communications, and you accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you.

Dragon-Lily does not accept any obligation to protect you from any unsafe merchandise, products or services that may be offered on Dragon-Lily Scrapbooking. Please do not assume that such items offered will be harmless to people or property.
